Riding the Movies | Universal Studios 2014

Our family visited Sentosa on the second day of our trip. Our first stop was Universal Studios, a movie-themed park that features different shows and thrilling rides. One's Singapore trip won't be complete if he/she does not visit this amusement park, especially when you are a Dreamworks movie fan!

Encounter with the Animals | Jurong Bird Park & Night Safari

My family and I had an encounter with some lovely creatures on the first day of our Singapore trip this year. After we settled in the hotel, we rode a cab to Jurong Bird Park. Before entering the birds' haven, we had our lunch at Hawk's Cafe. The park was undeniably filled with hundreds of different-colored birds, trees and aviaries. I couldn't believe that there were so many kinds of beautiful birds in this place.

RECITAL @ ACADEMY ONE

This summer, I decided to attend violin classes again in Academy One after a three-year break with my instrument. It felt so good entertaining myself through learning and producing music. I've always dreamed of becoming a musician; a singer perhaps but sadly, I wasn't blessed with a good singing voice. But who knows maybe someday! That's why, I decided to learn my favorite instrument, the violin! Next time, I might as well try to learn how to play the piano.

It was sad thinking that last March 22, 2013 was the last time I would be entering the school grounds as a Manresan student knowing that Manresa took care of me since preschool. I can say that Manresa isn't a perfect school. But although there are times that students are pretty much annoyed with some of the regulations of the school, I can still proudly say that my stay in Manresa were the best years of my life. So much great and unforgettable memories with wonderful people were made. Plus, the school taught me how to become a well-rounded person with all the values that the teachers have instilled in me.
